Dear Friends,

It has been and honor and a pleasure working with you these past six months. Although the result last night was not what we had hoped for, the journey was a victory in itself.

I hope you remember the issues and the people we stood for- the small business owners who are being squeezed, the teachers who deserve our support not vilification and all those Americans living on the edge who are in need of our support.

Teddy Roosevelt once said, “The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood, who strives valiantly, who errs and comes up short again and again, because there is no effort without error or shortcoming.”

You all deserve the credit. Thank you for your support and thank you for your time.
